This is the refined version of Inspection proforma.
Corrections are made, suggestions are inculcated and some new fields are added.
Score card, merit criteria, gap bridging, feedback and follow up visits and reward.
Recognition are added....as it includes my personal views, so many changes can be suggested.
Still waiting for more Inputs for Improvement.
